Proper diet impacts your ability to perform in any athletic endeavor. It also impacts how you feel on a daily basis. As such, we are consistently asked questions about how to properly eat for better performance within the martial arts. I’m not an expert in this area, by any means.

It’s very exciting to see people coming back to train in the martial arts! In June and July we have seen some great growth and participation, and we have brought back Capoeira! (If you used to train in Capoeira, we are now back to our three day a week schedule for that style.)
